Job Description: US - IT Bench Sales Recruiter.

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter/US IT Recruiter to join our team at Vision Xperts Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on bench. This role requires excellent communication and marketing skills, as well as knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong marketing skills

• Time management and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in recruiting or bench sales is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities:

·       Source and screen candidates for bench positions

• Maintain a strong network of consultants and vendors

• Market bench candidates to prospective clients

• Manage end-to-end bench recruitment process

• Ensure compliance with US Visa processes and regulations

• Track and maintain data using Microsoft Excel

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements

• Provide timely updates to clients and consultant.

Other Information:

-        Shift timing - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.

-        Working Days 5 (Monday to Friday).

-        Work from office (No Remote).

-        Indian and US holidays.

-        Up to 50000 Incentive per closure.

-        Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
