Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Call and engage candidates to assess skills, experience, and availability Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status Qualifications: Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or IT roles Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Familiarity with US hiring practices and time zones Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
