Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Support payroll and attendance tracking processes (if applicable).
Participate in drafting HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
