ROLE:HR EXECUTIVE

SALARY:15,000+INCENTIVES

WORK DAYS: MONDAY -FRIDAY (SATURDAY /SUNDAY OFF )

SHIFT TIME: 11:00am - 6:00pm

ELIGIBILITY:

• HSC PASS /GRADUATE (any stream)

• MINIMUM 6 MONTHS IN RECRUITMENT

• STABLE INTERNET AND LAPTOP

KEY RESPONSIBILITES :

• END -to -END RECRUITMENT :Sourcing ,screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• MAINTAING CANDIDATES DATABASE AND MANAGING JOB POSTINGS.

• COORDINATING WITH HIRING MANAGERS FOR REQUIRTMENT GATHERING.

• ENSURING SMOOTH HIRING PROCESS AND POSITIVE CANDIDATES EXPERIENCE.

• GENERATING RECRUITMENT REPORTS AND MEETING HIRING TARGETS.
