🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end BPO bulk hiring

Conduct and participate in campus drives, job fairs, career guidance programs, and HRD events

Travel to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities for recruitment initiatives

Coordinate internships and summer project recruitments

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of relevant experience in BPO recruitment (consultancy background preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Male candidates

Based in or near Saidapet / Guindy, Chennai

Willing to travel for field recruitment activities
