Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk and lateral hiring for multiple client requirements

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

- Follow up with candidates till offer acceptance and joining

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports

- Achieve monthly hiring targets and closure timelines

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in consultancy recruitment is an added advantage
