Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
Ensure timely joining and complete onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA (HR preferred).
2–5 years of recruitment experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Recruitment experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, FMCG, or Staffing/Manpower Consulting.
