Are you a proactive leader with a passion for driving team success in non-technical domains? Poonam IT Consultancy is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our non-IT operations, including administration, HR support, customer service, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a non-technical team.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and monitor team output.
Ensure timely completion of daily targets with quality and accuracy.
Train and mentor new and existing team members.
Prepare reports on performance metrics, attendance, and project status.
Resolve team-related issues and escalate operational concerns when necessary.
Maintain a positive and disciplined team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Identify areas for improvement and assist in optimizing workflow or processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle pressure and manage team performance.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, emails, dashboards, etc.).
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BPO/KPO/Customer Support, Back Office, HR, or Administration.
Knowledge of data entry tools, CRM systems, or productivity tools.
Ability to train and motivate team members for continuous improvement.
