Key Responsibilities of a Non-Technical Recruitment Specialist:

• Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media.

• Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and experience against job requirements.

• Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing the overall hiring process.

• Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates for future opportunities.

• Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific needs and expectations for each role.

• Promoting Employer Branding: Representing the company positively and attracting top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and establish strong working relationships.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the recruitment process.

• Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.

• Understanding of Non-Technical Roles: Familiarity with various non-technical industries and job functions.

• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.

• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
