We are looking for a professional Recruiter to join ITCons e-Solution Ltd in Bangalore, Horamavu.

This work involves managing primarily work in the field, identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's needs. This role involves travel, conducting onsite interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The Field Recruiter will also play a crucial role in enhancing the employer's brand and providing a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.

• Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
