Responsibilities –
1. Communication Management
● Manage all email correspondence with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
● Serve as the first line of response for new leads with timely, courteous communication.
● Prepare and send promotional or lead-generation emails as guided by the sales and
marketing teams.
2. Administrative Support
● Monitor and manage office supplies, printing needs, and consumables.
● Assist with basic office documentation, filing, and printing tasks.
● Support internal compliance by ensuring proper documentation protocols are followed.
4. Lead Coordination & Scheduling
● Schedule site visits in coordination with the sales and project teams.
● Keep calendars updated with appointments and client viewings.
● Send reminders and coordinate smoothly between teams and visiting clients.
5. Call Handling & Information Flow
● Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
● Maintain a log of important calls and follow-up actions.
● Provide accurate information or redirect inquiries to relevant team members.
Essential Experience/Requirements/Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Kannada required)
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Professional email and phone etiquette
● Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
