### Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Call and coordinate with candidates for interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Help maintain candidate databases and HR records

• Support in posting job openings on various platforms

• Learn and assist with end-to-end recruitment activities

### Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

• Ability to talk to candidates confidently and clearly

• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment field.
