Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)

• Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and direct outreach

• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives

• Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
