Position: Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST / 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST for WFO)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in UK recruitment
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and last drawn)

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for UK healthcare/non-healthcare clients

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

• Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

• Coordinating with clients and candidates for smooth onboarding

• Maintaining candidate database and ensuring documentation compliance

• Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of UK recruitment experience

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Knowledge of UK compliance and onboarding process is a plus
