Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience sourcing candidates for technical as well as non-technical roles. End-to-end recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding are standard responsibilities for recruiter roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

• Understand hiring requirements with department heads.

• Create attractive job descriptions and publish openings on job portals and social media.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.

• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.

• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.

• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.

• Improve employer branding through social media and campus hiring initiatives.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
