Automobile HR Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an Automobile HR Consultant to drive talent acquisition, client management, and
workforce solutions tailored to the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will source candidates for
various roles, build strong client relationships, and support hiring needs across the automotive business.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for automotive roles — such as
design engineers, production managers, and floor technicians — using job portals and professional
networks.
• Client Consultation: Partner with automotive manufacturing companies and dealerships to
understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and organizational goals.
• Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain active candidate databases and conduct talent mapping to deliver
fast turnaround times for vacancies.
• Process Coordination: Manage candidate offers, coordinate onboarding, and track post-placement
feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR generalist experience, with prior exposure to manufacturing,
engineering, or automobile sectors preferred.
Soft Skills
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
