Position: Freelance Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring

Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+ / month (Commission-based per successful joining)

We are looking for motivated Freelance Recruiters to source and onboard blue-collar workforce for warehouse, logistics, and retail operations. If you have a strong local network or expertise in mass hiring, this is a high-earning opportunity with zero cap on commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing blue-collar candidates (Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Unloaders, Warehouse Associates).

• Screening candidates for basic eligibility (age, physical fitness, working hours, and location flexibility).

• Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating joining dates with operations teams.

• Ensuring full documentation compliance (Aadhaar, Bank Details, PAN, etc.) before onboarding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mass hiring, field sourcing, or blue-collar recruitment.

• Active contacts with job agencies, local hubs, or blue-collar job communities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage candidates until they join.

• Self-driven attitude to meet daily joining targets.

Payout Structure:

• 100% Commission-Based: Earn fixed referral payouts per successful joining.

• Top Performers: Average earnings range between ₹15,000 to ₹30,000+ monthly, depending on daily onboarding volume.
