Roles & Responsibilities
End to End Recruitment from analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).
Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc.) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidate’s relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fil the positions.
Maintaining daily / weekly / monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & Feedback reports.
Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skill’s.
