Good negotiation & coordination skills

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)

Handling bulk and niche hiring as per client requirements

Maintaining daily MIS and reports

Coordinating with candidates & vendors

Driving employee engagement activities and HR policies

Handling payroll, compliance & statutory requirements

Leading and mentoring the HR team

Preparing HR reports & MIS for management review
