Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning recruitment practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.

• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [specify industry].

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-centric mindset.
