About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive who can drive continuous hiring while contributing to the organization's talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in workforce planning, talent pipeline development, candidate evaluation, employee performance management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with EPC project needs.

• Drive continuous hiring to meet current and future workforce requirements. to maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring forecasts.

• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.

• Ensure the selection of high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals and culture.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop digital recruitment workflows (ERP/PMS, scanner/QR-based applications).

• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential employee identification.

• Coordinate and facilitate the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, and performance reviews.

• Analyze hiring trends, talent availability, attrition, and recruitment metrics to improve workforce planning.

• Strengthen employer branding and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract quality talent.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate hiring and performance records.

Key Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline management.

• Strong knowledge of EPC industry manpower requirements.

• Hands-on expertise in HR tools, databases, and ATS/ERP systems.

• Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates under tight timelines

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
