Job Overview:
Specifically supporting educational healthcare roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals such as nurses, allied healthcare staff, and school-based healthcare professionals across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare and educational healthcare roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs, School Nurses, Behavioral Therapists, School Psychologists).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other creative channels.
Screen candidates through calls and evaluate based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong follow-ups with candidates.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare hiring standards and documentation.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and ATS systems.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Work closely with account managers to understand job priorities and deliver quality submissions.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of US healthcare staffing and roles.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on educational healthcare roles (school-based hiring).
Knowledge of compliance requirements (licenses, certifications, background checks, etc.)
Experience with ATS tools.
