As a Blue Collar Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level and apprenticeship roles under NAPS/NATS programs for our industrial clients.

✅ Your Responsibilities:

Bulk hiring for operators, technicians, helpers, and apprentices
Candidate sourcing from job portals, social media, field drives & ITIs
Coordination of interviews and on-boarding processes
Relationship building with local training centers & institutions
Ensuring compliance with labor & apprenticeship norms

👤 Who We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in blue collar/bulk hiring
Field recruitment experience (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Exposure to NAPS/NATS hiring is a strong advantage
