• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews

• Coordinate drives, interviews, and onboarding activities

• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely joining

• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per client needs

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring for blue-collar or entry-level positions

• Experience in hiring 12th pass, ITI, Diploma holders for manufacturing roles

• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, JustJob, WorkIndia, or similar platforms

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Must be a graduate in any stream
