Recruiter

A US Staffing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates with US-based clients, typically for Multiple positions. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with US employment laws. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening:

  Utilizing various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions. 

• Candidate Evaluation:

  Conducting phone screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

• Client Management:

  Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing regular updates on the recruitment process. 

• Recruitment Process Management:

  Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring compliance with US employment laws, including visa regulations and other relevant guidelines. 

• Reporting:

  Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. 

• Building a Candidate Pipeline:

  Developing and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for interacting with candidates, clients, and colleagues. 

• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities: Necessary for finding qualified candidates through various channels. 

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms: Important for managing the recruitment process and candidate data. 

• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations: Crucial for ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Important for managing multiple priorities and achieving recruitment goals. 

• Understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends: Helpful for sourcing and evaluating candidates with relevant skills and experience. 

• Experience with different contract types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp): Useful for understanding various employment structures in the US.
