Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.

• Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Assist in conflict resolution and ensure a positive working environment.

• HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.

  • Prepare HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and other formal correspondence.

• Payroll & Attendance:

  • Monitor attendance and leave records.

  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.

• Performance Management:

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

  • Track KPIs and assist in employee evaluation documentation.

• Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

  • Assist in identifying training needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, or BambooHR).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
