Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and improve the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records management, and assisting in implementing company policies and procedures.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files) in HRIS systems.
Support the payroll process by collecting attendance data and other inputs.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
Assist with performance appraisal processes and other HR projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with HRMS or HRIS software.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or ATS systems.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management systems.
