The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates within given timelines.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and references.Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring goals.Skills & Requirements:Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneusly.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
