Job Description

Role Description : We are looking for a responsible and energetic Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of service apartment in Kharghar. This role is ideal for candidates with early-stage experience in hospitality who can ensure smooth operations and deliver a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily operations of serviced apartments (check-ins, check-outs, guest coordination)
2. Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance standards are maintained
3.Respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly
4. Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors
5. Maintain booking records and update systems
6. Monitor occupancy and assist in maximizing revenue
