HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Must Have Skills People Consulting / HR Transformation experience; organization design and operating model; workforce transformation; change management; talent and HR process transformation; strong project management; stakeholder management; consulting problem solving; data analysis and insight generation; workshop facilitation; proposal and presentation development; strong written and verbal communication. Good to Have Skills Experience in GCC/GBS/shared services transformation; HR technology or digital HR transformation; workforce strategy and talent strategy; process improvement; transformation PMO; exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions; relevant HR/change/project management certifications. Key Responsibilities Manage People Consulting engagements and workstreams from planning through delivery; conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state organization, workforce, change and HR transformation solutions; structure analyses and translate findings into practical recommendations; facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions; manage project plans, risks, dependencies and deliverables; lead development of high-quality client presentations and reports; supervise and coach consultants and senior consultants; contribute to proposals, pursuits, solution development and practice-building initiatives.
