We are looking for a reliable and proactive Personal / Office Assistant who can act on behalf of the Director and manage day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication responsibilities. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and basic correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of commitments.
Prepare basic reports, notes, and summaries as instructed.
Assist in decision execution and routine operational matters when required.
Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
2–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Assistant.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Good command over MS Office, email, and basic documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Mature, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
