Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Personal / Office Assistant who can act on behalf of the Director and manage day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication responsibilities. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and basic correspondence on behalf of the Director.

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of commitments.

  • Prepare basic reports, notes, and summaries as instructed.

  • Assist in decision execution and routine operational matters when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Assistant.

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Good command over MS Office, email, and basic documentation.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

  • Mature, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
