Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
