Payroll Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage and execute end-to-end payroll activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, compliance with statutory regulations, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain payroll records and employee database.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.

• Handle employee salary queries and adjustments.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

• Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Saral, Excel).

• Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
