Payroll Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

• End to end process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records (attendance, leaves, deductions etc).

• Coordinate with HR and Account departments for new joiners, exits and salary revisions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc).

• Generate salary slips, payroll reports and other related documents.

• Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation and reimbursements.

• Work with payroll software and ensure data integrity.

• Assist in internal/external payroll audits and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources or related field

• Experience in payroll processing (2-4 years preferred)

• Experience with HRMS systems is preferred
