Job Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking.
Assist with salary processing and basic payroll tasks.
Support office administration tasks such as filing, stationery, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and invoice tracking.
Assist the HR team in recruitment operations – scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and updating databases.
Handle basic documentation, emails, and Excel reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and office data.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with HR and payroll processes (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
