Job Description

Payroll Processing

  • Collect and verify monthly attendance, leave, and employee data.

  • Prepare monthly salary calculations and payroll sheets.

  • Calculate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable deductions.

  • Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and bank payment statements.

  • Coordinate with clients for attendance and salary approvals.

  • Handle Full & Final Settlement calculations as required.

  • Maintain accurate employee master and payroll records.

PF, ESIC & Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in monthly PF and ESIC compliance and challan preparation.

  • Coordinate for UAN generation and employee onboarding.

  • Assist with Professional Tax and other statutory compliance requirements.

  • Maintain compliance records and supporting documents.

  • Follow up with clients for required documents, data, and approvals.
