Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll accurately.- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, OT, incentives and deductions.- Salary processing and reconciliation.- Attendance & Leave Management.- Employee Data Management and HRIS Administration.- Employee Lifecycle Management.- Payroll query resolution.- Candidate documentation.- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.).- Process improvement and MIS reporting.
