MKC Infrastructure Ltd. is inviting fresh graduates to start their careers in Payroll and HR Operations.

🎓 Qualification: B.Com Graduate
💻 Computer Knowledge: CCC certification preferred
👩‍💼 Experience: Freshers can apply

📋 Job Description (JD)

  • Learn payroll processing and monthly salary calculations.

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and payroll data.

  • Understand attendance, leave, and overtime calculations.

  • Learn salary structure, deductions, PF, and ESIC.

  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll reports.

  • Maintain payroll-related documents and ensure data accuracy.

  • Learn MS Excel and payroll software operations.

✅ Required Skills

  • B.Com graduate with an interest in Payroll and HR.

  • Basic computer knowledge; CCC preferred.

  • Basic MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.

  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

💰 Training & Stipend

  • Payroll training will be provided to freshers.

  • Stipend will be applicable for 6 months.
