Profile- Payroll Specialist-HR
Experience- 1 to 5 Year
Qualification- MBA in HR

The key responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist are:
Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, and bonuses.
Calculating Salaries, Wages , overtime , bonuses and applying deductions.
Maintaing accurate, Confidential HR/Pyroll files and updating payroll systems.
Collect and review timekeeping and attendance records using the latest time management software.
Prepare annual payroll reports to assess the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system.
Auditing Payroll data for accuracy and identifying errors.
Ensure tax filings by setting up state tax IDs for the entire organization.
Maintain a repository of all the essential documents like direct deposit documentation and systems data.
Facilitate accurate and timely salary disbursement by overseeing payroll functions, from payroll entry and calculations to reviewing payroll policies.
Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle.
Act as a payroll advisor to the other departments.
Assist in improving the overall planning and control of the payroll department.
