Reliance Retail / Milk basket Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive who can manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations at our Noida offices.

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Sourcing candidates through job portals & referrals
Screening & shortlisting profiles
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Managing selection & joining formalities

2. Onboarding & Documentation

Preparing offer letters
Managing employee files & documentation
Conducting orientation & training sessions

3. Attendance & Payroll

Monitoring daily attendance
Leave management
Sharing payroll inputs

4. HR Operations

Maintaining HR MIS & daily/weekly reports
Handling queries related to HR policies
Supporting employee engagement activities
