UrbanHR Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing HR consulting firm helping businesses across industries with end-to-end recruitment and HR solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter to join our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
Meet monthly and weekly hiring targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consultancy setup).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
