Designation - Associate Healthcare Recruiter (US)

What You'll Do:

• Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for exciting travel assignments

using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

• Build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare candidates and partner

facilities.

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and

positive experience.

What are we looking for:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university, specializing in healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, or any related healthcare field.

• A fresher with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport

quickly.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

•Salary range: 3 LPA (Open to negotiate as per company norms) + Incentives & Bonuses up to 40 Lakhs annually

• Work timings: 7:00 pm - 4:00 am IST

• Office Location - LOGIX INFOTECH PARK, NEAR Metro Station Sector 59, D-5, near Sector 59, D Block, Sector 59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309,
