Job Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain HR records, trackers, and MIS
Support onboarding and HR operations
Work on assigned OKRs and performance targets
Requirements
Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn HR processes
