Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Prepare and issue HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, and other legal or disciplinary letters.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries, attendance coordination, and HR-related operational activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Manage and supervise the HR operations team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
Support payroll coordination and other HR administrative activities as required.
