 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Executive with 1–3 years of experience in a compliance-focused role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of payroll processes and statutory filings (ESI, PF), and be comfortable with on-site client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to support and resolve compliance-related queries

• Conduct field visits for labour law documentation and audits

• Assist with payroll processing and statutory filings (ESI, PF)

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good command over Hindi and English (spoken and written)

• Must own a personal vehicle for field travel
