Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative functions at our manufacturing site. The role focuses on handling worker-level HR operations, onboarding, induction, and general administrative activities to support smooth plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Worker Onboarding & Documentation:
Ensure timely onboarding of workers, including collection and verification of documents, ID creation, and system entry.
Induction & Orientation:
Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new joiners with company policies, safety rules, and plant procedures.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor attendance records, assist with biometric systems, and coordinate leave tracking.
Compliance & Record Maintenance:
Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements (e.g., ESIC, PF), and assist in labor law compliance.
Administrative Support:
Manage administrative tasks including stationery, uniform distribution, housekeeping coordination, and facility upkeep.
Worker Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Address day-to-day worker issues, escalate where necessary, and support engagement activities to boost morale.
Coordination with HR & Operations Teams:
Act as a liaison between the plant and central HR/admin teams for smooth communication and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree mandatory, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR/admin, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Candidates from nearby location is preferred.
