We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role is crucial to building a strong talent pipeline and supporting business growth.
Understand job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions
Source potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
Experience in recruitment or staffing (internship/fresher experience also welcome)
