  Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in bulk hiring. 

  Proven expertise in vendor coordination and management.

  Strong sourcing skills using multiple job portals and networking tools. 

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  Willingness to work a 1 PM to 10 PM shift from the Bhayandar office
