Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration, including attendance, leave records, documentation, and employee records.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and other facility-related requirements.
Handle administrative purchases, office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, courier agencies, and other external partners.
Maintain proper filing systems, records, invoices, agreements, and administrative documents.
Assist management with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative requirements.
Support HR-related activities such as onboarding documentation, employee communication, and maintaining personnel records.
Monitor office expenses and assist with administrative bills, payments, and basic expense tracking.
Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed.
Prepare regular administrative reports and provide updates to management.
Handle employee and office-related queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support other operational and administrative activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and basic documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and meet deadlines.
