Job Description

This role exists for one reason: Ensure that data, processes, documentation, and administrative activities are maintained accurately and consistently across the organization. The role is primarily focused on MIS, process coordination, administrative execution, and internal follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and capable of ensuring that routine business processes are completed accurately and on time.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS GOOD MIS & EXCEL CAPABILITY
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP, data cleaning, linking sheets, and maintaining trackers
• Ability to create, update, and maintain MIS reports TALLY KNOWLEDGE (MANDATORY)
• Working knowledge of Tally to support Accounts Dept.
• Experience maintaining basic accounting records
• Understanding of Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoices, and accounting documentation ATTENTION TO DETAIL & PROCESS DISCIPLINE
• High level of accuracy in data handling
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and missing information
• Strong focus on maintaining records and documentation FOLLOW-UP & COORDINATION ABILITY
• Ensure information and updates are collected on time
• Follow up with departments to maintain process compliance
• Track pending actions and ensure closure Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of experience in Administration, MIS, Process Coordination, or Office Administration
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based reporting and tracking
• Practical experience using basic level Tally is required
• Stable employment history preferred
• Background in Commerce is preferred Must-Have Skills • Good Skill Set in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good written and spoken English
• High attention to detail
